As a family man and a fitness professional I have to make sure I set a good example. I need to be healthy for myself, my family and clients. Between the recent addition of baby #2, operating a gym and long list of home projects I was finding it hard to get the time to train like I used to. I knew I had to reevaluate my nutrition and maximize the time I did get to train to get the most gains.
With purposeful training, proper nutrition and a supportive family I was able to get back on track.
