DH60

DH60 is a 60 minute high intensity training session. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements - everything from cardio, plyometrics and weightlifting. Every day brings something new! Classes cap off at 5 members. Please contact us for availability.

Nutrition is a critical part of results–no matter how hard you try, you cannot out-train a bad diet. DH Nutrition is for anyone looking to see positive changes in their performance, energy levels, and quality of life.

2024 Winter Strength & Conditioning Intro Program

 

2024 6-week Winter Intro Strength and Conditioning.

Tuesday Jan 9th – Feb 13

This 6-week program will focus on

·         Understanding Proper Barbell Technique

·         Gaining strength with barbell compound exercises (overhead press, back squat, deadlifts)

·         Improving aerobic capacity

·         Expanding our body’s range of motion.

·         Proper Nutrition

 

Tuesday and Thursday 9:00 am session or 6:00 pm session

Sessions are 1 hour, 15 min and cap at 5 participants.
