DH60
DH60 is a 60 minute high intensity training session. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements - everything from cardio, plyometrics and weightlifting. Every day brings something new! Classes cap off at 5 members. Please contact us for availability.
DH Hypertrophy
DH Hypertrophy is a 60 minute, full body, weight training session. Hypertrophy training is resistance exercise program designed to increase muscle size and mass. Classes cap off at 6 members.
